PDPC established as an autonomous and non-profit organisation in 1959 locating in Pune, Maharashtra. PDPC registered as a trust has been engaged to promote productivity and quality concepts in various sectors. It is a Local counterpart of National Productivity Council, New Delhi.
PDPC is providing services to improve the productivity of any type of manufacturing or service organization. The council imparts training programs to workers at all levels in English and Marathi.
OUR WORK
The sole purpose of Poona Divisional Productivity Council is to craft the transformation journey of any organization. There are boundless opportunities and vast challenges in this journey and PDPC is confident to support in discovering these opportunities, crafting the systemic solutions and polishing the method of locking the gains.
PDPC offers consultancy service and has qualified Consultants and Industrial Engineers.

Dr. Mrs Sushama Keskar is a Gold Medalist in MMS and Doctorate in marketing management. She was principal of SNDT College of Arts and Commerce for Women. She has been a marital counsellor and president of the association of counsellor. She is also external member of ICC of POSH for industrial and social organizations.
