Features :- Competition is conducted mainly in 2 categories, A. Management B. Operators/Associates.
- The Stream Of Projects - Reduction in Cycle time, Elimination of wastages as well as SMED, Poka yoke, VSM, 5S, Quality Circle, Kaizen, TPM or any other Productivity Improvement.
- Every selected case study is original and implemented successfully in the organisation in the same year only.
