Review Project Competition 2010.
 

       "Productivity Improvement Project Competition: 2010" organized by Poona Divisional Productivity Council (PDPC) for industry sector held in Dec 15th, 2010, was the fourth successful year of project competition. This competition was inaugurated by Mr. Amrendra Dasani (Plant head of BEL- Bharat electronics) and Mr. Uday Godbole (MD of IBG welding research)


Competition provided a platform for industries to showcase their breakthrough productivity improvement designed and implemented during the year 2009-2010 with the aid of different industrial methods, techniques and in turn helped other companies acquire similar fruitful insights.

Overall 55 Teams from various industries such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra Vehicle, Tata Motors-CVBU, Tata motors- Nano, Godrej & Boyce, Bosch Ltd, Minda Stoneridge Instruments, Bharat Electronics, Whirpool India, KSB Pumps, etc. participated in the competition.

        Chief Guests for prize distribution ceremony , Mayor of Pune Mr. Mohansingh Rajpal and Group leader & corporator Mrs. Mukta Tilak rewarded the winners, " TATA MOTORS Ltd., Ahmedabad", "Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Nagpur" of Management category as well as "KEIHIN FIE Private Ltd.,Pune", "Bharat Electronics Ltd.,Pune" of Associates/Operators category.
